Credits buy access to generation features.

Credits are consumed by model, quality, duration, and feature settings. Usage and availability can vary by model and provider.

02

You are responsible for your inputs and outputs.

Only upload content you have the right to use, and review generated output before publishing, selling, or relying on it.

03

AI output is not guaranteed.

Generations can fail, be blocked, take longer than expected, or produce imperfect results because model providers and safety systems have limits.

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using afterSora, creating an account, buying credits, uploading content, generating media, downloading output, sharing a link, or contacting support, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

"afterSora", "we", "us", and "our" refer to afterSora, a trading style of Blu Zetta Limited. Our registered business address is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Contact us at [email protected].

If you use afterSora for a company, client, agency, organisation, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity and that "you" includes that entity. If you use afterSora as a consumer, nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

2. The service

afterSora provides creative AI workflow tools for video and image generation, prompt optimisation, presets, worlds, characters, storyboards, re-cut, loop, blend, remix, media libraries, sharing, downloads, and related features. The exact features available to you may depend on your account, credits, model availability, provider limits, geographic restrictions, safety rules, technical capacity, and active experiments.

We may add, remove, pause, limit, rename, redesign, or replace features at any time. Some features may be experimental, in testing, in maintenance, or available only to selected users. We may display notices, disable buttons, or restrict features where needed for safety, reliability, or provider compliance.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter into a binding contract and must comply with all laws that apply to you. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, using accurate account information, maintaining access to your email, and all activity under your account.

  • Do not share accounts, passwords, payment credentials, private links, or access tokens in a way that enables unauthorised use.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account, credits, media, or payment method has been compromised.
  • We may require verification, password reset, email confirmation, or additional checks where needed to protect users or the service.
  • We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, high risk, inactive, or in breach of these terms.

4. Credits, usage, and plans

afterSora uses prepaid credits. Credits are not cash, stored value, a bank balance, a security, or a transferable financial instrument. Credits give access to generation and related features while your account is active and the service is available.

  • Credit consumption depends on duration, model, output type, quality, resolution, variations, provider settings, retries, and feature type.
  • Pricing pages may show starting rates, promotional multipliers, or included credits. Those rates can change for future purchases.
  • Promotional credits, free trial credits, compensation credits, or manually adjusted credits may have limits, expiry, abuse controls, or different refund treatment.
  • Credits may be deducted when a generation request is accepted, submitted, reserved, completed, or otherwise processed, depending on the feature and provider workflow.
  • If a request fails because of a platform issue, provider issue, moderation block, invalid input, unsupported setting, or technical error, we may automatically refund, manually refund, compensate, retry, or decline refund depending on the facts and applicable law.
  • Credits are linked to the account they are issued to unless we expressly agree to transfer them.

5. Promotions and custom offers

We may offer limited-time promotions, personalised links, social campaign links, mass promo links, free trials, credit multipliers, discounts, compensation credits, or other offers. Promotions may be restricted by time, user, email, source, country, account, plan, purchase limit, credit limit, or abuse controls.

We may correct, withdraw, refuse, deactivate, or reverse a promotion where it is expired, misconfigured, duplicated, abused, obtained through fraud, shared contrary to its rules, or published in error. A promotion does not guarantee model access, feature availability, successful generation, or future pricing.

6. Your content and licences

"Your content" means prompts, text, uploads, images, videos, audio, characters, worlds, presets, storyboards, reference material, instructions, metadata, and other material you submit or create through afterSora. You retain whatever rights you already have in your content, subject to these terms, provider terms, third-party rights, and applicable law.

You grant afterSora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, transmit, adapt, display, store, generate, transform, moderate, troubleshoot, make available, and otherwise use your content as needed to provide, secure, support, improve, and enforce the service. This licence includes sending content to AI model providers, storage providers, moderation systems, payment/support tools where relevant, and technical infrastructure providers.

You represent that you have all rights, licences, permissions, consents, and releases needed to submit your content and to use the resulting output. This includes rights relating to copyright, trade marks, designs, privacy, publicity, likeness, voice, performance, moral rights, confidentiality, data protection, contracts, and platform terms.

7. Generated output

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we do not claim ownership of output generated specifically for your account by afterSora. To the extent any rights that we may have in such output can be transferred, we assign or license those rights to you. This does not give you rights in third-party material, provider technology, afterSora software, underlying models, training data, other users' content, or content you did not have the right to use.

AI output may be similar to output generated for other users, may contain errors, may not be unique, may be unsuitable for a specific use, and may require human review. You are solely responsible for checking output before publishing, commercial use, client delivery, advertising, resale, legal reliance, or public distribution.

8. Characters, worlds, presets, and likenesses

Characters, worlds, presets, active world images, custom preset images, reference media, and storyboard media are powerful continuity tools. You must only create or upload them where you have all necessary rights and consents. Do not create, import, imitate, or exploit a real person's likeness, voice, private image, identity, or personal data without a lawful basis and required permissions.

We may remove or restrict content involving non-consensual likeness, minors, impersonation, deception, harassment, sexual content involving a real person, public figure misuse, private information, or other material we consider unsafe, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or incompatible with provider rules.

9. Acceptable use

You must use afterSora lawfully, responsibly, and in line with these terms, provider rules, and any instructions shown in the product.

  • Do not use afterSora for illegal activity, fraud, scams, phishing, malware, spam, credential theft, security abuse, or evading enforcement.
  • Do not upload, generate, request, share, or sell content that is unlawful, exploitative, abusive, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, defamatory, harassing, invasive, or infringing.
  • Do not create sexual, intimate, humiliating, deceptive, or harmful content involving real people without explicit rights and consent. Never create sexual or exploitative content involving minors.
  • Do not impersonate others, misrepresent generated media as authentic where that would deceive people, interfere with elections, commit fraud, or cause harm.
  • Do not submit confidential, regulated, sensitive, or third-party material unless you have authority to do so and understand it may be processed by model and infrastructure providers.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, benchmark abusively, bypass rate limits, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorised access to accounts, data, models, infrastructure, or admin tools.
  • Do not resell access, automate abuse, farm credits, exploit promo links, or manipulate checkout, referrals, safety systems, or generation limits.

10. Moderation, enforcement, and takedowns

We may review, block, remove, disable, restrict, watermark, log, or report content, accounts, prompts, uploads, outputs, or links where we believe there is a breach of these terms, provider rules, law, safety requirements, rights of others, payment rules, or platform integrity. We may act before or after generation and without prior notice where necessary.

If you believe content was removed or blocked in error, contact support with your account email, generation ID if available, and a clear explanation. We may decline requests where disclosure would compromise safety, abuse prevention, provider rules, investigations, or legal obligations.

11. Payments, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks

Prices, credits, promotions, and availability are shown at checkout or on the pricing page. You authorise the payment processor to charge the selected amount and you agree to provide accurate billing information. Taxes may be included or added depending on your location and the checkout configuration.

  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store full card numbers or CVV codes.
  • Unless required by law, completed purchases of credits, digital content, or immediate-access services are not automatically refundable once credits have been used or generation access has started.
  • If you are a UK or EU consumer, mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Where you request immediate supply of digital content or services, your cancellation rights may be affected once supply begins, depending on the law and checkout disclosures that apply.
  • We may issue refunds, partial refunds, replacement credits, or goodwill credits at our discretion where there is a confirmed platform failure, payment error, duplicate charge, or support-approved case.
  • If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend credits, generated media access, downloads, or account access while the dispute is investigated.
  • Do not test live cards, submit fraudulent payments, reuse payment nonces, or attempt to bypass checkout controls.

12. Support and communications

Support is available through [email protected] and the contact form. For billing support, include your account email, order date, plan, and relevant screenshots or error text. We may send service emails about account access, password resets, purchases, credits, support, security, failed payments, policy updates, and important product notices.

13. Availability, reliability, and provider limits

afterSora relies on hosting, databases, storage, CDNs, payment processors, email providers, AI model providers, moderation systems, and network services. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, generation success, exact delivery times, permanent availability of any model, or that every output will be playable, downloadable, or suitable.

We may pause, limit, queue, retry, cancel, or disable generation for maintenance, capacity, safety, provider outages, model changes, abuse prevention, legal risk, or emergency fixes. Where practical, we will communicate known issues and may compensate affected users at our discretion or where required by law.

14. Intellectual property in the platform

The afterSora platform, software, interface, workflows, branding, logo, documentation, design, pricing structure, credit system, dashboard, admin tools, copy, and non-user content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, or create competing services from any part of the platform except as permitted by law or written permission.

15. Confidentiality and business use

If you use afterSora for business or client work, you are responsible for determining whether prompts, uploads, outputs, client assets, unreleased campaign material, trade secrets, personal data, or regulated information can lawfully and contractually be processed by afterSora and its providers. Do not submit confidential material unless you have authority and have assessed the risks.

16. Third-party services and links

afterSora may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors, model providers, analytics tools, email providers, storage providers, social platforms, or shared media pages. We are not responsible for third-party websites, terms, privacy notices, outages, policy changes, charges, or processing, except where applicable law says otherwise.

17. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, afterSora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the service or output will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, non-infringing, unique, accurate, commercially suitable, compliant with your industry rules, acceptable to any platform, or fit for a particular purpose.

We do not provide legal, financial, medical, regulatory, advertising clearance, copyright clearance, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing output and obtaining professional advice before relying on generated media for sensitive, regulated, public, commercial, or high-risk uses.

18. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, reputation, data, opportunity, contracts, savings, or anticipated benefit.

Subject to the previous paragraph and applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service, purchases, credits, outputs, or these terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to afterSora for the affected purchase in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or GBP 100. This limit applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, statute, restitution, or otherwise.

19. Indemnity for business users

If you use afterSora for business, agency, client, commercial, or organisational purposes, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, outputs, breach of these terms, unlawful use, rights infringement, client disputes, payment abuse, or misuse of the service, except to the extent caused by our breach or negligence.

20. Suspension and termination

You may stop using afterSora at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, cancel jobs, freeze credits, or block checkout where we reasonably believe it is necessary for security, safety, abuse prevention, payment risk, legal compliance, provider rules, non-payment, chargebacks, or breach of these terms.

On termination, your right to use the service stops. We may retain data as described in the Privacy Policy for legal, accounting, support, security, fraud prevention, backup, or legitimate business purposes.

21. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect product changes, legal changes, provider requirements, payment rules, safety requirements, or business needs. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the date above, posting a notice, or contacting account holders. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

22. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that consumers may have mandatory rights to bring claims in their country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.
